I have great experience with this location, the staff is very personable and willing to go out of there way for their customers. Excellent customer service.
Never buying another appliance from Lowe's. Nobody knows what is going on there. Waiting 2 and a half hours for them to locate the dishwasher I ordered.
when I went to the return desk at 10am today I was the only costumer there at the desk , a woman who worked there was moving a box so I went to the only other open register at the desk , but at that register the woman was on a phone call with a costumer , when the woman finished moving the box she now had 1 costumer , instead of her taking me next when she finished with that costumer she took care of 2 other costumers , I had to wait 6 minutes for this other staff person to finish her call , there was no apology to me for wa... read more
Just took over 45 minutes to get our order loaded! So frustrating! The worst customer service I have ever experienced here � Plus the cashier refused to use our 10% off coupon....
Waited 7 days for appliances. On day of delivery, never got the appliances. When I called, I was on hold for over 20 minutes. Hung up. Called back and was told someone would call me back. Finally, when someone did, was told the items were on backorder and it would be another week. CANCELLED the order. TERRIBLE service.
Need to hire better staff and staff that has a little knowledge. And hire people that know how to run the register the right way. They are going downhill in customer service . Home Depot is calling my name
Adam in the plumbing section was great!! Helpful & knowledgeable.
We ordered a clothes washer online. Was suppose to get a call within 24 hrs. confirming delivery. They didn't call so I called them the following morning. The Customer Service associate checked through, and called us back stating the washer was on the truck and would be delivered that afternoon. When they delivered, it was the wrong washer, not what we had ordered! They put it back on the truck, and the driver said he would call us from the store that evening, after he had looked at the order. He never called. Again, I calle... read more
