I try to exchange my broken refrigerator with manufacture warranty, they not only lose my file once so I have to revisit them do all the work again, Melissa lie to me and said driver didn't came to work, I check with customer service he was already went out to work. Do not get help from Melissa or Nicole, they are very rude, unprofessional, unfriendly people who lies.
