I’ve shopped here for years, and have spend not hundreds, but thousands of dollars for our coffee shops, Scott is a horrible person to work with and deal with, seems like every time I’m trying to figure out why plants are dying why my recites aren’t on my pro business account he doesn’t care As a small business owner that has spend time and money here not just a little but daily for almost 2 years your service is horrible, and that’s why you’ve lost so many great employees the last 2 years.
Went to get a generator and the employee Summer was one of the best with customers, she was helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. She wanted to help as much S she could. She helped us find, check out and load everything. I wish there were more like her. We will definitely be back.
