Not impressed by the customer service you gave my hearing impaired parents. They drove from Great Falls. They came in wrote down their questions and concerns about flooring they were purchasing. Once they decided on a flooring and brought it home and installed it, only to be disappointed. It's not suitable for what the person recommended. Customer service is appalling I don't know why I keep giving them more chances to make things right. The only good thing I can say is the guy in flooring is great.
We had our roof done thru Lowes and what a fucked up job. Their roofing contractor is a complete fucking joke and Lowes wont fix it.
Salesman helped us purchase right weed wacker for our job. Very helpful. Knew where items were located-- no problems.

I had the worst customer service at this store today.The manager didn't even think it was important to come out and handle the situation and only talked to the employee over the phone. Never again. I will take my business some place else where I'm treated well.
We went to Lowes in Helena today to buy the lawn mower we found on sale on their web-site. Instead of telling us you had to order on line they sold us a different one that was of lesser quality for more money. When we took it back we were told we could go ahead and pick up one they had in stock. While at the check-out, the original salesman came up and said we could not get one from the store.
