I had wonderful customer service in paint area.. the lady I. Front of me ordered six gallons of paint.. all different colors!!! Within one minute the lady behind counter called for assistance and immediately a young man came to help me and then another lady answered the help call. The young man finished my order and I was on my way to checkout right away! Wish someone would give me a big gift card to this store... there are so. Many things I'd like to buy!!!
I have been sitting here in the appliance section for over half an hour. Appliance salesman is busy but has paged 3 times for a backup to the appliance section. Meanwhile there are employees standing around everywhere who refuse to help. I'm glad Sears has opened across the street. And is selling appliances. I'm tired of sitting here watching lazy employees pick their noses and goof off. Guess I'll go over there and buy one. Should have been zero stars but 1 is as low as they will allow you to go.
Very good selection, helpful floor staff in plumbing and lighting and very friendly and funny cashier! Found the lamppost bulbs and new faucet we were looking for.....SCORE!
I ordered a fence last month, and had to pay up front. Bad idea everybody! They are slow and never call you back!
