I'm not one to say much about customer service, but I had to go to Lowe's in Mt. Vernon and needed to ask a couple questions. An older gentleman named David who was cutting glass came over and helped me when he was done. He didn't make me feel stupid and answered every question I had and got me everything I needed. Best customer service I have ever received. I asked him what his last name was... It was Slagh or something along that line (I'm horrible with names). Just had a carpet install done ... Spent 2400 dollars on carpet, pad and install fees . Was told everything included would be (ie transition strips). Well they weren't .. installers cut into my drywall with they're razor blades .. also had something go missing . Now I wasn't gonna say a word about the cut drywall till lowes called and asked how I felt about the install ... So I told them ..from there on out they were defensive and told me that it's below the 4 inch mark for baseboard trim . Well I didn't plan on using any ..... read more
