Was told when I placed an order that it would be here today early morning and yet here it is 2:20pm and my stuff still isn't here have called the store was told it would be here around 1pm called again was told my stuff was being loaded onto the truck and will be here shortly and yet still not here

This store is a disgrace to the lowes corporate. My sister is having a new kitchen installed that started in March to date it is not finished not even 50%. The so called lady expert in kitchen remodeling must have got her degree at want a be university. She made all these promises of how she would see everything through, but all of a sudden she won't even acknowledge her. This place can't even pick up a phone to call and let you know your mower is back from being worked on. After one month, multiple messages, talking to numerous people and being on hold with customer service for a hr I'm told that my mower has been at the store for 2 weeks ready for pick up. Not at any point in time did anyone think it was a good idea to call and let me know it was ready, not at any point time was there one associate that I spoke with that could give me an answer.
