I think you are quickly approaching a 0 rating because of your poor decision and ineffective understanding of your customer base; overwhelming support for first responders. Let the young man wear the mask and stop the harassment of decent people that stand for what you are not willing to do.

If you cannot support our law enforcement, why should we support you? I’ve seen American flag masks, Bigfoot masks, etc etc. Why is this mask different? Will wait to hear the Mgmt response. Lowe’s stands to lose a lot of business if they do not support our local law enforcement.
I understand one of your employees is not allowed to wear a thin blue line mask; this employee's father was an LEO killed along with his K9 in the line of duty in 2014. Just be glad this is North Carolina, (where mama raised us right,) and we will show our opposition to your boneheaded policy by shopping at Home Depot instead, and not destroying property.
