After a months long (since November) dispute on our brand new Samsung dishwasher with Samsung, purchased at Lowes, Lowes stepped in and replaced it. I understand that sometimes things don't work properly, but paying $500 for a dishwasher and told no exchange or refund was unacceptable. Thank you Lowes for doing the right thing! This household of 6 was pretty sick of handwashing! As for Samsung's customer service? Leaves a lot to be desired...
I love that Lowe's is pet friendly ... we had 3 little companions with us and we visited with a couple others while we were there! We had a list of specific items we were needing and the staff helping us were so gracious, kind, and full of ideas. Thanks Lowe's for a great shopping experience! (Wanted to share our Lowe's pic but did not give me the opportunity.)
Recently purchased appliances for my new home I was so excited to receive my electric oven range and I got it 3 days ago and it looks used oven is dirty and the top of it looks like it's been used it's chilling from the inside!!
Giant shout out to David in appliances. He helped me help a charity in a desperate time of need. Couldn't have been more helpful! Just awesome!
So I go into the Warrensburg, MO Lowe's to see what the have for Halloween decorations and all I find is XMAS decor. Seriously?!? It's Oct 10.....
