There’s not really a good star selection. I don’t hate Lowe’s. But just very frustrated. I sent somebody to Lowe’s. (25 miles away). I ordered the angle aluminum i wanted online so that she did not have to go through them and figure out which stuff to get since there is different thickness. I figured this would be the easiest way to guarantee that I get the right stuff. But nope!! Completely wrong model and item #! This stuff is $13ea stuff I ordered is $26ea. Just frustrating!
Free Carpet installation my foot! What should have been a $1500 dollar job has turned into a $2200 job. I have never had to pay more for carpet installation in a mobile home, but now there is a large "Upsell cost" because it is in a mobile home? I am calling BS on this one, either you or the installers are trying to make money on the back end of the installation. I was told twice that someone would call me. Still waiting.
I went to Lowe's today after I said I'd never go back I was so impressed with the friendly staff. I'm in the market for a washer the young man back there was very nice & helpful I also want to say thank you for having the electric carts I can now come in & shop
Drove 45 minutes for an item that they had In stock and on hold for them to suddenly be out .. No apology just poor customer service..
I paid $8,ooo for Cali wood floors. Was told t It would be installed tomorrow. .Today after I moved out for 3 days because of dogs ,I was called and put off. The installer is coming from Springfield and now is postponing it. Lowes delivered wood 3 weeks ago and now still no installer? I don't care if the guy has other plans and Springfield is to far away. Not at all happy. Lee told us this was a good installer but this is the 3rd one we have dealt with.
The last 6 to 8 times we have been in, no one will help us with lumber. We rebuild our pumpkin patch every two years, plus have a nursery. We are in a lot.
My husband and bought over $500 in boards for a deck. The young guy that was to help load our trailer was a cry baby. He didn't want to help because the sides of our trailer do not remove. The sides of our trailer are just a little above the knee. Therefore my husband told him we would load it ourselves. What happened to customer service and real young men and not cry babies.
Absolutely the most unprofessional experience we have ever had trying to spend money with a company...my fiance just left crying that is ridiculous
Employees were very helpful and friendly. Especially with how many times I was there this weekend
