I placed an online order which I got an email on Monday, September 14 that said it was ready around noon. I came on Tuesday at about 5 PM waited 25 minutes they never could find my order. I had to go back to work. So now I have returned on Wednesday at two in the afternoon and they still don’t have the order up at the desk and I am waiting yet again. never have what I need and way over priced
Recommendedbuy at the store unless you have time to wait. I could have walked in and bought the items checked out and made it home while I was waiting on the order pick up to bring my items out.
went to Lowe's for bath tub and surround. had to hunt around for someone to get it down for me and help me get it carted. once carted could not make it threw store to register and had no help to do so. the walkway was so crowded with displays it was impossible to do with cart so I resorted to dragging the surround to register making 2 trips. no costumer service until I got to the register. someone finally help me load it. if your going to have the store so cluttered you need to have ppl willing to help you get out of the sto... read more
Sad, Sad, Sad. Warrensburg MO Lowes has rude staff. I won't shop there any more. I asked politely for help. I had to load heavy lumber by myself while the staff stood around doing nothing. They were to busy telling each other jokes. There is no Customer Service.
