I bought a washer and dryer and they struggled with the idea of calling me instead of my husband who was out of town when it was to be delivered even after I explained to 3 people and a manager on day of delivery that I needed to be the contAct person... after they were delivered my dryer did not work.... after calling 8 times and leaving messages that were unreturned, I decided to go in and talk to a manger face to face.... he told me he would exchange the dryer for the floor model and give me 30% off for the trouble or I c... read more
Customer service is lacking. Promised delivery. Told could not at 8PM.
I love shopping at lowes! They have just about anything you can think of to do projects at your house!! I bought a bunch of flowers, making my yard look beautiful!!
The guys in the appliance dept are the best. Very helpful and nice. Got some great deals
