Ordered 2 outdoor rugs over phone to be picked up, arrived and customer service gave me my receipt, I ask where my rugs were hummmm let’s see no one ever bothered to pull them and bring them to pick up or at least stuck a sold sign on them and they were now no longer in stock! all I got was sorry I’ll do a return and put your money back on card. What return!! I want my rugs I order and drive over an hour to pick up! Could at least offered a similar rug or a couple bucks Lowe’s card for my trouble. Heck acting like they cared... read more

Customer service is awful!!! Pushed the help button in Metal doors and waited for 30 minutes still no service. Then the lady was rude when we ask her for help. Employees walking around on their phone. Just AWFUL!! Had to go to 84 lumber to get door!
Would never buy anything from London Ky Lowes....they do not stand by their appliances and the services people they contract out for repair never shows up. Mom bought a stove in December and the burner went out in Feb she has been trying to get them to fix it. Talked to the store manger which was no help at all.
Went to your store tonight to purchase some straw bales for my animals and not one person would help me get the bales they sent me out to the trailer myself to get them there was no lighting my son had to use his phone and the steps that you have there my son almost fell twice because the steps were set awkward. If this is good customer service I hate to see bad....I will take my business elsewhere.I surely won't be coming back to your store. I bought a stove the delivery date was for today. Turns out we are not on the delivery list for today. I have been trying to find out something for 3 hours! I have been waiting 2 hours for a manager to call me back! Never again will I buy an appliance from Lowes pretty sure I am not buying this stove after today! I guess I did not spend enough money for a manager to bother with me.
