Bought a dryer got it home and it was broke. It sounded like it was gonna take off out the house. After returning it, even though we used a debit card they wouldnt give us cash back that day because my husband chose the credit option. The only other option we were given was a lowes merchandise card which of course would mean we had to buy from them again. Went in today to get supplies to put up tile. We asked for help and was told they would get somebody. We waited forever gave up and got what we thought was right. At checkout there was only I checker on a Saturday. When do you think people do home improvement when you work all week? Yes weekends..... I was told they couldn't get good help. This lowe's lost my business. They can't keep anything in stock when you ask them when they are going to get the product they say it's on a truck and should be here soon which is a lie cause I been looking for this product over 4 months which I said the hell with it and went to Menards and got what I needed
On Tuesday November the 14th my Maytag washer quit working. I called Maytag to learn that the manufacture wouldn't cover the repairman and that I needed to call Lowe's extended warranty. So I called Lowe's extended warranty. They set up a repairman to come out the next day. He arrived around 4:30. The minute he stepped into my kitchen and walked over to where my washer was he acted like he knew exactly what was wrong with my washer. Your delivery dept is a JOKE bought a refrigerator on black friday said it was suppose to be delivered 11/30/16. 8:15pm still haven't got it an didn't even get a second phone call from the store. No wonder why its FREE, worst service ever from a BIG name company.
