Yes we love Lowes but To the woman at Lowes who accuses people of stealing at self check out then after making a scene by digging through their bags and embarrassing people then after she counts the items and realizes everything was paid for and don't offer a oligopoly and just walks off shame on you !!! Lowe’s Ponca City is the worst store I’ve dealt with in years. We have wasted numerous hours waiting for assistance and for items to be pulled for our deck. Then the wrong things are pulled so I’ve to start all over again. Took 3 attempts to get items delivered cause no one apparently has a brain cell and knows how to use them. As a new home owner we could potentially give Lowe’s a lot of business but I’ll choose o go elsewhere from now on.

I got an email that said i had picked up an online order that I did not pick up. called lowes they said they would watch camera to see who done it... i get there only to find out a manager had taken the $205 from my account and say I picked it up when I did not... there only excuse was they did not know why she had done it and they would refund my money!!!! second time they messed up NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN! AND I WILL BE CONTACTING POLICE TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE!
Fix our leaking roof after their roof job. Nearly $15,000 for a nonprofit roof & we have buckets and barrels catching the water that floods in when it rains. It's been nearly 3 months & nothing has been done to make this right.
This is hands down one of the best Lowe’s I’ve ever been too. I was there earlier today. I had been trying to get a key made for an old Winnebago door, and I had been having a hard time finding someone with the right size. I was helped by an associate named Sarah and she put a lot of focus into getting it made properly even though it had to be cut down a little.
