Need appliance contractors that do the warranty work to show up. Have been scheduled twice and keep getting excuses. Now they are ordering the part, have not seen the dryer and no idea if it is ever going to be fixed. Meanwhile getting ready to go to the laundry mat again
We drove from Great Bend, Ks to pick up an item. Every employee we ran into asked if we needed assistance and if we needed something they was right there to help us find it!! Awesome staff and a great bargain on our item!!

lowes wanted $35 paid over the phone to send someone out to a house we're working on to measure a room.... 1, payment over the phone... NOT OK. that's how fraud happens you morons! 2, i shouldn't have to pay to have someone to come measure the room when you sell carpet that we were looking to install. 3, competitors don't charge crap to come out to measure. they're going to be getting our business instead. maybe learn some customer fucking service. i have been in your store 4 times in one day to work on a newly bought house.... read more
