I built a home about 4 years ago.I bought just about every thing i needed from Lowes in Lebanon.Insulation,electrical,plumbing,roofing,drywall,lumber.appliances carpet. The people that work there go out of there way to help a person.They have got the best employees ever.I will always shop at Lowes in Lebanon
Just placed an online order for a LARGE grill maybe 10 minutes ago. The Lebanon store has already called to let me know it was readynd assembled. Very impressed! The lady who called to let me know was very friendly as well!!!!
While I love shopping at either the store itself or online, I dont appreciate being taken advantage of. I ordered a product online, that according to your free shipping guidelines, was not over 150 lbs. I was even offered Free Shipping when I placed the order, BUT when I looked at my final invoice, you charged me $13.99 shipping?? Thats bogus and discriminatory!! FREE is exactly that FREE! Had I known you were going to pull this stunt, I would of had it shipped to the store to pick up. Heck I can drive there for a few cents!... read more
