RecommendedThey have good selection of products but I’ve called 7 times over 3 days on my work break and no one answers the phone. For 2 days it would ring until it re-routed me to the menus (and I tried several departments), and today it rang and then hung up. I need to confirm installation and delivery times but I can’t get ahold of anyone, so I guess I’ll have to make an extra trip in person.
Extremely disappointed in our treatment after making a significant online purchase. New dryer was dead on arrival. No power whatsoever. Call the store and I am told I will receive a call “for sure” that day or the next. Wait three days and call myself. Get told “we called and left you a message that the Springfield Store delivered it so you have to deal with them”. Call that store and they know NOTHING about my situation. I am more than happy with the store itself(great location, friendly staff). But ordered a new fridge for delivery and was given a 12 hour delivery window. 12. Not even 4. When calling in to see if there was any way to garner a smaller dialed in window of time? I was told I just have to wait for the phone call. I live outside town limits. Which means I can't go to the store for groceries, I can't go get feed for my animals. Nothing. I have to sit here.. and.. wait. Because if I chance leaving and get the call? I enjoy the friendly staff, I don't do much home improvement stuff as I used to, but I still stop in and get cleaning supplies or gardening items. And my dog loves meeting everyone there.
