Lowe's Home Improvement, what a joke. Had them install a new roof for me on a small house and they did a terrible job. Did not perform all the work that I asked to have done and the work they did complete was not done properly. Had to stop them three times on the project because of poor workmanship and finally told them not to do any more work.
When I checked out at Lowe's today, there was a cactus on my receipt that I did not buy nor did I know anything about..The cashier said she could not correct the problem, and I would have to go to the main part of the store (checked out in lawn and garden) and stand in line at Customer Service to get the cactus off my debit card charge. It was a pathetic $9.98 cactus so I took it instead of going to all that trouble. I will go back to Lowe's if I have no other options, but WILL try to avoid the store in the future.
I can't say enough about how much I love our fence that Lowe's Home Improvement of Lebanon installed for us everything went smoothly and the finished product exceeded our expectations.
