Terrible service in regards to a riding mower. Giving us the run around and it has been in the shop more than in use at the house. I do not trust this story nor I trust the company for any major purchases in regards to home improvement. If I could give 0 stars I would.

"Bought a 6500 BTU A/C unit from Lowe's, Ardmore, Ok. May '08, it finally crated. Couldn't fine receipt, after about 4 phone calls being transgered From Lowe's to Frigidaire back n forth, Frigidaire & Lowe's replaced unit free of charge. Upgraded for at little cost to me! Cudos to Both companies!!" on Frigidaire's timeline.
