Larry the manager needs to work on computer skills. After waiting more then a hour to get checked out he finally called a cashier to come fix the problem. Which was the computer wouldn’t print my receipt that I told Larry I didn’t want because I was done waiting. The cashier told Larry she can go if I don’t want a receipt. I don’t understand a manager not knowing their job. I won’t be doing business with Ardmore again
When I ask for a pallet of concrete and they have no clue how many bags are on a pallet it's not okay with me. After I pay for the number of bags I asked for and I tell them I am not going to pay $13 for a $3 wooden pallet even though I can get a refund all the "men" disappear so they don't have to load it it's not good customer service at all! The cashier also had no clue how to look up the kind or concrete I wanted so I had to take pictures of the numbers and brought them back to the cash register for her. This Lowe's loca... read more
