I want go in that store thanks ever one should know
Mt Airy store is a complete joke. The don't care about their customers at all. Never want to take blame for anything. Awful.
I would do a negative, but it wasn't an option. Today is the Last Time I will enter this store willingly. I will drive to Galax instead. Five clerks were "visiting" in the back of aisle where I was trying to find an item. None offered to help or would stop talking to help me. When I finally got help, it was the guy who had worked there one day. Then, I found someone else who replied to my request by saying, "It's up there" and pointing. Lousy. Lousy. Lousy.
Lowes doesn't honor ALL veterans!! Only disabled or retired veterans who have a VA ID. They do not recognized the millions other veterans even with photo IDs from the local court house or the verified Veteran designation on your state driver's license!! Home Depot in Winston Salem accepts both IDs and gladly gives the 10% discount!! Lowes pretends to honor veterans, but only a select few!!
I just found out that Lowes no longer gives discounts to Veterans except on July 4th. You will no longer receive any more of my business!! I will be sure to tell everyone that I know not to shop there again.
