Very upset with Lowes. Ordered a fence way back in August, and paid for it in full. After several calls from Lowes, stating the installer would be calling me, I had to call him on Oct 23, install date was initially Oct 24th (it was a special order), he informed me it would be at least 2 more weeks and setup and install date for Nov 5th. Lowes called and set up a delivery date for today, so I sat here all day waiting for my fence to be delivered. Guess what, no delivery. Customer service is horrible!!!!!!!! The Lowe’s on University Parkway has employees that are helpful and need to train the staff in Mt Airy. Hope Depot has WONDERFUL customer service!!!!!!!!!!
My husband and I went in to have our kitchen designed and start the process bc we are currently building our house and I ran into someone I knew In the cabinet section, Anne Katherine Boyd, she assisted us but said that we should come back and meet with Todd that he could best help us, so she kept in touch with me on her own time mind u, and we came in and met with Todd. Very poor customer service, had hundreds of dollars of plumbing items in my cart, needed more. Couldn’t get staff to show up in the isle , asking a guy to help me next,after going to customer service desk and asking for help. Then went back to customer service and asked for manager. He did not show after 15 mins. So I left and the cart remains in plumbing with several hundred bucks of plumbing items. So sad.
