Do not shop at Lowe's in Oneonta. We own a new refrigerator from the Oneonta store that DOES NOT WORK. We purchased a service contract, have had them in for 3 repairs and they insist on another attempt to repair the refrigerator. I am outraged!!!!!!
Worked there for a few years. Tried getting a promotion, but was passed over for someone with no experience, who didn't last a week. It's nearly impossible to get a promotion or raise on merit and experience. Therefore, asking anyone their opinion on anything there is worthless. You're lucky to get someone who might be able to point you to the proper department.
