3 months now with the instore board cutter out of service..
I ordered a washer on May 16,2020. I received a delivery for June 11, 2020. I called this morning to get an idea of time of delivery and found out my item was placed on back order. No one called me or emailed me with this information. I called and was told they’d get back to me in an hour and would work on getting me another washer delivered as soon as possible... that was 2 hours ago so I just cancelled the order and bought from Home Dept with a delivery date confirmed in 6 days.
love the new wheel chair carts. my son almost fell asleep in it. thank you oneonta lowes for putting customers first. such a good team at that store. almost everyone knows ryan and his service dog buster.
Staff changed delivery date to a week later then what was originally agreed upon. Luckily I called because no one called the morning the original delivery was supposed to be. Taking business to Home Depot from now on
never waste my time again 2 hours I walked around with not one person asking me if I needed help. Had to find associate to get someone to bring down plywood that was not warped. Stood there for 20 minutes no one showed. I will go buy my 1300$ worth of material from home depot
Horrible experience. Ordered online 2 days prior. Went to pick it up and waited an hour. So much for saving time.
