Have purchased multiple appliances there. Took the additional warranty at an additional cost. Have a Samsung stove that needed the same repair, 3 times. Now needs a different repair. Repairman comes, says it covered. Tries to order the parts, Home Office says no. Can't talk to a supervisor, and won't cover the repair. They want $280 in parts, for a stove not even 3 years old, for the fourth repair. They won't stand by the products or warranties they sell. Cancelled my Lowe's card and now shopping elsewhere....
I am having a problem with my roof installation. Since the first week of November we have had nothing but postponement after postponement. Excuses began with a delay in a project before ours. Now we just get told that installers will be there "next week" and no one calls or shows up. We call the installation manager and he gets in touch with the contractors who also inform him that they will get in touch with us and "be there next week" and.......nothing. Not cool Oneonta Lowe's...returning 1 little item and takes a 1/2hr at customer service because there's only 1 girl behind desk trying to do it all...when I can count 8 other employees walking around...and no manager to be found even when she calls for help. Not cool.
We called about a sale they were having and theymir employee told us not to buy online, that when we came in on friday we would get that sales price.. but when we called friday morning to make sure we are still getting it. The sales lady told us the sale is over and we cant get the sales price.. so their employees lie, and they dont stand by their words.. so if they tell you, you can get it dont lusten and by it onliine to be safe.. home depot just got a new customers...
Just started my new job and really like it
Very upset with our Oneonta Lowe's. They will not support the local scouts to allow popcorn sales in front of the store. Lowe' stores do allow this in other areas. They make money from scouting as they sell pine wood derby supplies as well as hold pine wood derby workshops. But they won't support a local pack by allowing them to set a table up in front of the store for a couple of hours. That's what you call being a member of the community.
