Lowe's in Vidalia has always been our go-to place for building supplies. But they get five stars not just for their service but because they have a reserved parking place for the wounded in combat for our country. Awesome job, Lowe's! Keep up the good work!
My parents have been remodeling my kitchen & it’s been a nightmare every time we’ve went in this past week. Employees can’t be found when needed & when one shows up they can’t even do their jobs.
Love to shop at Lowe's for air conditioner and heaters only they don't have displays out so I could measure to see if it would fit in my window and would not let us open the box in the store

Went to the Lowes here in Brunswick, GA and there was not one person working in either plumbing or appliances. There were potential customers looking at washers and dryers but could find not help. Went to the manager and found out he/she was not available. Store head cashier told me if I didn't like it I could go shop somewhere else. Could not get anyone to help us to wrap the crown molding I just bought because it was storming or load it up to the truck. There were 5 employees just standing there watching my husband and brother struggle while 2 of them were sitting on a forklift laughing. Thanks guys.
I was loading several bags of mulch into my truck, when I turned around and there stood two employees who had voluntarily come out to help. That's a fine example of good initiative, proper employee staffing levels, and excellent training!
