Absolutely the worst customer service. I dread having to deal with this store.
As business owner worst customer service ever couldnt wait 10 mins so i could buy a garage door that was needed since you cant buy over the phone! but since you guys already have bad reviews an do not value your customers i will be glad to go where i am valued!
RecommendedI placed a 2 item order to be picked up by someone other than myself at this Lowe’s in Vidalia. It was a situation that required some extra thought, and I was transferred to Tammie Solano for help. Tammie could not have been more willing to help, and she made a potentially difficult/tricky pickup situation so much easier. It went off without a hitch! Fire everybody and get people who actually want to help customers.
Horrible customer service when we came to pick up our appliances, we were not informed that one appliance did not come with the parts it needed so we had to purchase them separately. No one helped my fiance load the appliances either, they told the loader to leave and not help him.
prices was higher then home depo didnt have the lumber stock that I needed

I have been remodeling my house since Nov 2019, down to the last room the master bathroom. I found someone to help me he was a brand new employee but he was covering plumbing, electrical, and cashiering. It took over a hour and a half for me to get a shower door and toilet, he was stopped by every customer in the store. So my purchase kept getting put off because it was going to take time to get to the top rack. Finally got it, but the shelf was incorrectly marked by a $100.
