We went in to this store to get blinds. This store did not have them but said they could order them for us. Blinds delivered and they were the wrong size. We took them back to this store today to return. The 3 women at the customer service desk obviously did not want to be working today. Between the eye rolls and the put out attitude we were given they just assured that we will not be doing any further business with THIS Lowe’s. Too bad too- we are looking to replace flooring in our house!
Couldn’t get one employee to offer assistance In custom doors. Even called the switchboard and asked to have an associate paged. Which they never did. Found several clusters of employees chatting but could not find a person to assist. Won’t be shopping there again. Their loss ....had quite the list. Absolutely no customer service �
Another disgusting trip for nothing. Left my full shopping cart with the cashier. I’m going to stop spending my money here!

I ordered 80 pavers online and it said that my pavers would be ready for me today. I get to Lowe's no pavers I loaded 80 pavers onto a cart myself then onto the back of my truck myself. The lady at the register called the guy he never showed up so I got the pavers and when I got the pavers she called him off and I got no assistance putting the pavers in my truck.
Made the switch from Sears Kenmore to Lowes Appliances Almost 8 weeks and cannot get an answer From Lowes Repair regarding my broken DW , plus 2 weeks of no hot water in the kitchen . Both Lowes and Stephenson's Repair have no answers for timeline of repairs. At this point I am very frustrated and aggravated with Lowes Appliances and am beginning to regret the decision of change and can't and won't recommend
