I was killing time waiting for my order to be brought up from the back. Decided to grab a few things, and had to use the restroom. I quickly purchased my two items, which took a few minutes, and rushed to the restroom. An employee followed me in and the said, as I was entering a stall, "Ma'am, you can't bring that bag in here!" I just stood for half an hour after telling two "associates" which grill I wanted... $500 sale lost, and won't be recovered. I'd rather spend $1k elsewhere as both those associates were seen BS'n with yet more "associates" while I waited... while a gent beside me walked out who was going to buy a riding mower, and while yet another was trying to get help in the aisle beside us... knowing now what people didn't know before your business came to town, I'd wager the mom and pop hardware businesses you dislodged would be welcome... read more
Good Morning, I would like to take this moment to voice my concerns and frustrations with Lowes. On Saturday April 11, 2020 I was doing a landscaping job for a customer of mine. After returning a mailbox post because we purchased the wrong color, the customer service person wouldn't take the time to look to see if the color we needed was available nearby or even available from lowes...Well guess what it was, but we bought it from home depot because the customer service here was less than helpful!
