Awesome delivery team! I was so nervous buying a new washing machine and even more nervous when they came, initially, with the wrong washer (an understandable error in labels that could happen to anyone). They said they would come back at some point with the right washer but weren’t sure what time that would be so I thought I was going to have to cancel my son’s afternoon appointment. If you are looking to be helped at Lowes, dobt come without a penis. I am standing behind a man in line, a male employee walked up and asked if he had been helped yet, then that same employee looked right at me and walked away. I HATE this store.
After waiting 12 hours for my delivery I received a call from the delivery driver that he is not authorized to drive on a military installation (which I live on). So now after wasting an entire day waiting I still do not have my washer and dryer. Ridiculous and unprofessional.
Cannot get store manager to return my call regarding gift card in lieu of turkey giveaway. Have left messages all week and called corporate offices who promised he’d call me back.
