What a joke. Went through a lot of trouble just to get a riding lawn mower. Got told we could use our 10% off coupon plus get the 11%rebate only to be told that by Lowes that it isn't happening
Its pretty sad when a 58 year old women has to help load 24 retaining blocks( they r heavy) while at least 7 lowes employees walked past and did not offer to help and whats really funny is that one was the manager. She probably trained the other 6
Pissed off right now. Went in on Sept. 28 to order carpet. The installer came out on Oct. 4 to measure the rooms. No one at Lowe's ever called with the price. So Oct. 6 was in the store so stopped to see if they had the measurements, they did but didn't have the carpet information I had given them in Sept. Finally after some time got a price and paid for the carpet. They told me they were booking installs out 10 days to 2 weeks. So 2 weeks later I get a call they will be here to install Nov. 3. A BIG shout out to Lori Ann & Crystal Appliances & Cabinets! We went to pick up only one more base cabinet that we needed to finish our new kitchen. Found out that it was discontinued....oh no! Lori Ann & Crystal jump right on it. They finally located the exact cabinet we needed & they got us a great deal! Awesome people!
