as far as warranty on cobalt tools they suck
i orderd a window over a month ago was suppose to been in yesterday .i called today and get told it won't be in until the end of the month .is this how lowes does bussines .i guess its easier to lie then tell the truth .needless to say i wont be ordering anything else from lowes

the lowes in vincennes is trash and the workers are miserable and stuck there and the manager is a piece of crap also.
Lawn mower repair time after time still don’t work.
So happy with our new doors! We ordered new doors and installation through Lowe's. We couldn't be happier with the sales staff AND installation crew. Timely, affordable and professional!! Shelby, head cashier was rude to not only a cashier who was having some difficulties but also to me as the customer. Really bad attitude.
Have purchased many items from here...including special order siding and have no complaints. The pro department took the time needed to research and answer all the questions I had - installed hardee siding products. Had a pretty complicated issue (created by me) that I had been putting off dealig with the on because I knew it would be a nightmare to unravel...totally wrong about that. The lady at the service desk worked through it in record time...totally satisfied.
