When we asked about price matching we were told that Lowe’s does in fact price match. But when asked about the exact same pellets that were at menards and a dollar cheaper we were conveniently told that’s the only place they do not price match. Way to go ya dirty liars.

Every time we go no one around to help or don't know the answers to our questions.... bought a stove, dishwasher and refrigerator they brought out the first one and it was to big (we did take measurement and gave them to the salesman ) it had to go back....brought out the 2nd one and it started to make a very loud noise so call them they where very nice and brought out the 3rd refrigerator and it had a big scratch on the side. Called and I guess I got 10% off never got a call back....I'm going to need a washer and dryer here... read more
Manger hung up on me cause i pointed out what he told me was not true. he said no charge to send mower back under warranty when got there they wanted $20 fee to send back. Lowes does not care about patrons think there enough people in Hutchinson ks to sustain for the ones they piss off. Poor people skills and one of the ladies that help me acted like it was killing her to have to come help. Lowes get over your self your stuff not that good.
I have never come in contact with so many unpleasant, unhelpful employees. I have always come to Lowe's first, but they have gotten the last $118.92 from me. Congratulations, I will now be shopping anywhere but Lowe's. You may also want to educate your staff on smiling, what being pleasant is.
Going to Home Depot, can't get any help here! Would have had a definite sale since we need a washer today!!!
