Had to pay 51.00 dollars for a estimate for having a door replaced. They guarantee in 48 hours an installer will call you to set up a time. That was on Friday afternoon Wednesday night still no call can't trust him to return a phone call why would you trust him to work on your house? Call the store last night oh yeah we'll figure out what's going on and we'll get right back to you, guess what didn't get that call either.
I just want to say that our experience today at Lowes was wonderful. We had a dilemma and this worker name Heather in the flooring dept. Was very helpful. She tried everything to help us find 1 more box fireside laminate flooring she even called wichita kansas. But we so happens we found 1 in the clearance Isle. Just wanted to say thank you to Heather first sticking with us, and being patient.
Dishwasher is just over a year old. It's been replaced twice on service agreement they have never been able to fix the leak and is currently broke again. Paid for service contract sucks! Called on 1/5/17. They still can't even tell me if the parts have been ordered!!!! Absolutely zero customer service!!!!!!!!
The customer service was awesome. Had two different employees walk us clear across the store to find items we were looking for.
Really don't think they would want me to tell them what I think at this particular time.
Ordered a dishwasher and was told "the 4th of july is the only day it can be delivered."..After cancelling holiday plans for the company that insisted that day is the only day, we get a phone call at 1230pm stating "oh we dont even have that in store, its processing"... What a crock.. Complete failure... When will we get it i asked? "They dont know"... Funny because in store i was told the 4th.. It has to be the 4th.... Thanks for ruining the holiday...
