A month ago we ordered a new dishwasher. After a cancelled delivery by Lowe’s, they rescheduled without telling us. We only found out when we went into the store to buy new flooring and asked where our appliance was. They missed the delivery date a week ago and the manager was supposed to call me today. That never happened. I cancelled the order tonight (no one even asked why) and plan to buy everything else at Menards. This store is a mess.

Bought a new fridge and dishwasher 3 months ago, to the day, today. Everything came in, we got a call letting us know everything was waiting for our builder to pick up. Great! Then we needed to extend our pickup date because the house wasn’t far enough along, which we were told we could do when that time came. That was handled. Great! We heard that our dishwasher was on backorder and the fridge couldn’t be picked up, by one of the contractors. That’s odd since everything was supposed to be at Lowe’s, right? their delivery of appliances is horrible. we scheduled a delivery for today over 3 weeks ago....they never called to let us know that we were still on for delivery, they never even called to give us an approximate time for delivery. After calling them 3 times we finally got a confirmation call, the delivery would occur before 3:00pm or after 3:00pm....this was at 1:00 in the afternoon that they gave us this brilliant update(if you even call it that). 5:45 they now show up! The men that work there are lazy to help, but the girls are very extremely helpful, they go that extra step to help you find something, the men will just tell you what isle to go to. SMH

My husband and I recently purchased a washer and dryer from Lowe’s it was supposed to be delivered on Thursday they called and cancelled the Thursday delivery saying that it would be there by Sunday when I called to check on the order Sunday morning to make sure it was on the truck they brushed me off I called back 3 times with the same luck finally I called back and they informed me that it was not being delivered on Sunday that they dropped the ball! They lie and would rather screw ppl out of time and money then fix there mistakes... thanks to Menards we were still able to have our paint tinted so we could paint our sons room the color he wanted... they are honest and value customer... I will never go somewhere that doesn’t care about good customer service..

Megan in flooring was amazing! she helped my husband and I make our final desicion! it was very stressful but in the end her and Jordan were amazing! you have some amazing staff who helps a stressful situation into a very pleasant one!

Our water heater took a powder Christmas Eve morning. We bought it at Lowes less than 4 months ago. We called them, they had us bring it in, they swapped it out. Thanks to the Staff of Lowes, Salina our Christmas wasn't ruined. We'll be back, I promise.
