At this time I'm more than frustrated. picked out new flooring and paid for install. Flooring wasn't delivered when promised, and now fighting to get it installed. Yes it is completely paid for. Salina store just says they apologize for all mix ups but can't help me anymore than that, it's in the installers hands.

Great store. I found what I wanted online. It even told me what isle and what bin to find it in. At checkout, I used my Lowe’s membership and got another 10% off over the sale price. I got a quality product and a bargain price. Thanks. Lowe’s.
Maybe if some one would walk up to us and talk to us about large appliances we would buy them from here.... looking to spend 5000 dollars on a washer, dryer and fridge but no one wants to sell them to us. Guess I'll go somewhere else...
Selling warranties with A and E Factory Service was a poor choice for Lowes. I bought a 5 warranty on my dishwasher through Lowes from A and E. A and E have stood me up 5 times on week days and arrived once on sat to “fix” the problem only to realize they didn’t have the right part. Now they are trying to reschedule the Sat. (for which I cleared our Sat plans to do) appointment in an email and are not open to do that. We are running on 3 weeks. I'm standing at the service desk right now and there is no one around. We even called ahead to rent something! They look woefully understaffed. We went and found an employee and asked for help and he looked at us like we were a dog turd in his path. My husband went and waited in a line at the register that was 27 people long and was finally helped by Virginia (she's a saint by the way, give her a raise) but this entire experience was horrendous. Everyone looks miserable.
Very disappointed. I was in town for a doctor appointment and stopped to order metal roofing for my house. At 4:30 in the afternoon there was no one there that could help me. I was told to try back in a couple hours. I'll try Home Depot.
