I went to Lowe's and had an AWFUL experience with an employee named Barbara. She had glasses and short dark hair with bangs. She was unimaginably rude and condescending. She obviously knows everything. I will take my business all the way to Fort walton to home depot or ace hardware if in a bind!! Definitely will tell everyone I know about my experience.
Employees do not know what products they actually carry. . We asked for a rubber membrane for a shower and was told " We dont have that " , " we have this bagged stuff that waterproofs , like a membrane " . We knew better because we just bought some last year. So we asked the same employee for another item and was sent to the wrong department .Needless to say we eventually found the items we wanted without help from actual employees. I purchased an LG French Door refrigerator and the warranty ended in August except the compressor has a 10 year warranty. There is no one in Crestview authorized to repair it. My husband and I spent an entire day trying to find a repair technician that can work on LG. After a back and forth I go to the store - the guy gave me a card and said I should call Lowes Service Repair and get a RA number and exchange it. We will never buy another machine from Lowe's. The warranty is a huge joke.
This place sucks! Worst place to work at. Management sucks. The store manager is rude. And the customers are talked to using a fake smile and greeting. Also if you shop here, worst mistake. You will get treated like a piece of garbage. #1782 sucks
