You have the absolute WORST customer service I have ever seen. YOU caused a problem and refuse to own up to it. You have made numerous mistakes on an order. Why won’t you actually address the issue instead of giving stupid automatic responses and lying to your customer.
I LOVE MY LOWE’S THAT IS IT , I ALWAYS FIND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR AND THEY ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL TO ME AND MY HUSBAND.
normally i have no problem with the item i purchase from Crestview Lowes however, today the clerk who waited on me was already upset and rude to the customer in front of me so maybe that is why she charged me twice for 1 item, so now i need to make an unscheduled visit to the store to resolve this issue - maybe she should have been a little nicer to her customers, she really had a bad attitude. It was terminal #5 on 4-9-11 at 11:15: 48 my transaction number is S1782JW3 2075957
I had a very pleasant experience tonight at Lowe's. I have a portable clothes rack that had plastic couplings holding it together. It had broken and I was searching for a way to fix it without much expense. A female employee(I wish I had gotten her name) was extremely helpful and brainstormed with me to figure out a way to reinforce the piece. She found a very clever way to fix it for less than $4. It took about 5 minutes to fix and worked perfectly! I really appreciate her going above and beyond for me.
They do good on getting stuff delivered , but this past weekend we had a bad day on Saturday we ordered a Dog Kennel for out side , we were told it would be here Saturday morning then 1 - 3 pm and then we received a phone call saying it had some thing spilled on it and they would order a new one for us but there page says they have a few in stock but we were told they didnt have any left
This is the worst store I have ever visited. I have been in two times today to purchase a dishwasher and could not find anyone to help me. I have purchased 3 full kitchen sets from Lowe’s in the past and never had a problem getting help at other locations. I practically told every employee I seen to take my money for this dishwasher and was just me with a that’s not my department. If I could give lower than a 1 I would.
