So this post is from Afghanistan, because I can't call. My wife bought an $800 dishwasher 2 weeks ago and we have yet to here from them on the install. On day one she told them and 5 times since not to use my phone # because I'm outta country, to use hers. We still have yet to hear from anybody. Lowe's if you can't get this job done, maybe Home Depot can.
We are pretty much at the mercy of Lowe's here in Crestview. We find things (or not). Can't find clerks to help and they sure aren't going to volunteer. Shop at Ace Hardware a lot and a whole sale house here too.
I purchased a shower/tub combo and was told the walls would be in, within the next couple of days. Now 5 days later still with now working shower in my house and they don't know when it will be in, and they tell us there's two of them at the Fort Walton Beach store but they wouldn't bring it to this store and we'd have to for to FWB buy it there and then they would credit us back for the one purchased here.
My husband and I went yesterday to purchase a John Deere riding lawn mower and the young gentleman that waited on us was so kind and patient. He even got a chair for my husband to sit in while he typed into the computer all the information that he needed on us and the lawn mower that my husband wanted. There are far and few between good and kind workers like Mike C.
They should offer help securing lumber and supplies to cars if needing assistance
I have read the comments . WOW does the management read this page . Alot of troubling statements .
Three to four times a week I go there to buy lumber. Three to four times a week I feel like I inconvenienced them. Best not to make eye contact. Kudos to the man in the window/door department, he's always friendly and professional.
