Lowes is Lowes. I do wish we had a Homedepot. The competition would be good. That said and meant, they do compliment each other is many areas.
Clean store and well stocked.
Had an issue with a Kobalt impact. Karen and Jerry were so, so helpful and really went above and beyond for me. I was originally run out of the Lowes branch in Liverpool when even asking about Kobalts warranty. These guys obviously care about thier craft and I feel very fortunate to have run into these two when I did. Customer Service means so much these days, both should be recognized for thier attention to detail and compassion.
