This place is a joke and the lack of customer service is hilarious. Don’t waste your time!
Hats off to Lowe’s where I had to train an employee to cut a sheet of drywall, and was denied a Veteran discount because I hadn’t registered. ID in hand.
Ordered a stove took 2months then was damaged .still don't have one
The guy messed up the instructions with my install. I googled to find a phone number for Lowe's installations and spent an hour of my life trying to get everything ironed out. I've tried calling the Athens store to talk to a manager and they took a message after I waited 11 minutes. It's been 24+ hours and I've still not had anyone return my call.
As usual poor customer service , just waited close to an hour for a washing machine for a customer pick up.
Might be interested in observing my month long attempt to buy a good stove from our local Lowe's. I've had nothing but bad luck. Check out my homepage. Along with over 1000 of my other friends.
