Taking down the American flag is despicable. It would have been better to explain with a letter back to the woman just exactly why that flag was flying.

Taking the United States Flag down is Shameful!!!! I live close to Athens the store lost my respect!!!! This goes to Aaron the store manager you disrespect people who fought for Our Country!!!! Disgusting!!!! My Father my Uncles cousins all in the Military or a Veteran Stand Proud for them!!!!
Use to love this store would rate a 10 but sense the flag was taken down I rate 0 this is ridiculous our veterans have fought for our country and for u and U wanna take a flag down bc of one letter. No thanks
Recommendedvery helpful employees. I was standing at my car with a flat cart full waiting on my husband to come out and unload it. An employee heading into work stopped and loaded it all in my car before he even got to clock in. Two other employees were heading to there car after there shift was done and took the time to talk to me. Awesome bunch of employees you have on State Street in Athens Ohio!
RecommendedI do appreciate having Lowes in our town. However, in a terrific gardening center, they have ONE checkout going no matter how long the line. The man normally there is very pleasant and efficient, but PLEASE open up another line. There were numerous workers out stocking and watering, but it does no good to have everything and in good condition if there is no one to check out the merchandise. Long lines discourage many customers from shopping at all.

Got a window that was ordered in October. Finally got here late January. Still waiting to be installed. Customer service called and asked how was the service. They told me there were suppose to be here last Friday. No show. No calls. Lowe’s .org Ian luv said the window was going to be installed the day the window was delivered. Been paying on a window that will be paid off before who ever installs it. The window is setting in the front room. Just setting..........
