I had been went there for many times because that where my man work and now the manager did warned my man saying that I had been bother my man and if I go in Lowe’s again then my man will get fired which is not true because I did not bother him at all so I m going to get this straight out and find out what going on because it all bullshit does it make sense to u guys??? Not to me it doesn’t make sense at all because I did not bother my man while he was working smh and I think the manager is scare to talk straight to me smh
The worst customer service experience in my 9 years of owning homes. Extreme lack of communication in getting a storm door installed. Installer did not give advance notice on showing up to house. Installer did not specify which kind of door I needed to pick out, which he then installed backwards. In trying to have the door removed the installer did not take back the door immediately and now I no longer have a door or my $395. This Lowes will not receive another nickel from me.
Lowes in Florence sold me a Greenworks mower that was used and missing parts. This is not what I would expect from Lowes. Grass trimmings on the bottom of the box and lawn mower deck, bagger missing, battery already installed in mower and missing all documentation. Website showed the store was open until 10 but when you call the store the automated response give the store is currently closed until 6 a.m tomorrow.
We come to lowes all the time and every single time we use the restrooms, it is absolutely disgusting EVERY single time. I told one of workers and asked if there was anyone to clean them and said they didn't have anyone for the weekends. That was two months ago, same thing tonight. There were so many people working tonight so I know they are not short staffed. What's the excuse this time?!?
My daughter went to get bags of sand today. 50lb bags, and absolutely no one in that store would assist her to load it to the cart nor unload in her car. When she asked for help at customer service she was told they were short of help today and probably couldn't get anyone. She saw a man sitting in the lumber area and she asked him and he said he couldn't leave his post. What has happened to customer service? Does it no longer exist?
I went to Lowes to purchase a washing machine, after waiting for the appliance specialist to help us for 45min we finally got help from someone. The sales rep was so rude to my husband and I that I refused to spend my money at this store. This was a considerable purchase for my husband and I and we couldn't even get decent help or information about the products. Extremely disappointed in the service offered by this chain. I will not do business with Lowes in the future.
Im glad today is the last day for inventory!! Home sweet home
