Lowes sent a company out to put a generator in that was rated a F but when they came to put the generator in they did not bring concrete slab to place generator on.. which didn’t matter because we told Lowes from the get we did not want the F doing any work.. but payment 3 no slab and generator just sitting in the garage.. Lowes sucks
I used Lowe’s to install flooring. Terrible customer service! Contractor damaged walls in house and I have yet heard back from Shiela Key at corporate. Been trying to since Nov. 6th after I sent photos. All I’ve gotten is I’m out of office!
I bought and paid cash for a refrigerator ($1,000). waited for staff to bring out to load, 30 minutes, then to be told "they couldn't find it" but computer said 2 in stock. asked to purchase display and was told i couldn't unless they were OUT OF STOCK!! So rather than make a sale i was refunded my money and walked out without a refrigerator!! UNBELIEVABLE
Lowe’s the Home Improvement store. That slogan used to have meaning because there was a time when customer satisfaction out weighed the cost of a project. Lowe’s used to mean quality of service and that service has gone way down. Have some staff available to help your customers. Nine in the morning and nobody is in the plumbing department to help you. I will never go to a Lowes store again. This is not the first time this has happened at this store.
Just spent 30 minutes trying to buy a full patio furniture set. You’re staff couldn’t figure out how to ring it up. 30 minutes. 5 people. No furniture set. I called customer service to place the order. Customer service called the McLeod Blvd. store and the store said they only had one of the set chairs in stock. There is literally a dozen of them on the shelf.
