Terrible customer service. I broke both of my feet and the only thing they had available was a wheelchair that had absolutely no rubber on the tires. (I wish I could post a pic) The customer service person said Sorry that's all we have and offered no assistance. I went to the hardware department and things were a mess and not in the right place and the associate had the same attitude as customer service. She said, if you don't see it, we don't have it! Shopped at Lowes on Sunday, purchased 2 rocking chairs in Lawn & Garden, the rocking chairs were chained up near the front entrance of the store, the lady that rang me up said someone would be out shortly to unlock the chain so I could my chairs. After about 15 mins, I went inside to customer-service and asked the lady to call someone for me, well the Assistant Manager was there so she asked him to go unlock them for me, his response was call someone else cause I don't want to do it, she tried calling someone else to no avai... read more

customer service sucks and the people who works there are very rude
The lady that helped me was awesome however she was busy and I asked another employee to help me with taking my washer out and he said “I work in lumber and I’m with customers” horrible answer for proper customer service

Terrible service people are rude half the time they are on there phones not willing to help and when you ask they don’t even know where the stuff is
