I just left this location with two carts full of pointsettias, 10 large buckets, and a box of snow blankets. The cashier was rude, didn't even say hello, no conversation with me at all, just complaining to her other cashier about no help. My card did not go into the machine well, so instead of saying anything, she pushed it in. Turns back to the other cashier and grabs my receipt and swings her arm around only and I take my receipt. I just left this store and received poor customer service from two cashiers. This Lowes store does is not able to accept all bank cards/ credit cards with chips. It's the only store that I've ever been to that will only allow you to use a card with a chip and you must have a pin. Yet other stores (not Lowes) do not require a pin. The cashiers were short with me and not able to verbally communicate why I needed a pin # for a card with a chip. I went to customer service and ask to speak with a manager. I purchased two flowers in pots 2 weeks ago and they are struggling, along with seeds the seeds are thriving but the potted plants really look horrible.
My sister in law works there and is always very helpful. (Samantha Adams) But I'm also leaving this review in hope that the hot guy from 9/28 that was smiling at me and my son finds me again!!! Lol funny post. Eat your heart out lowes!
You have the worst customer service.....Mr. Jeff Starnes on Battlefield Boulevard in Chesapeake, you need to learn to treat people with respect. You suggested that I take my business to Home Depot. You don't need to worry! I will never be back with your attitude. You are so incredibly rude, the only job you need to be working is in a morgue. Worst Lowe's I've ever been to. If you need help lifting a heavy purchase, don't bother asking for help. Waited for 10 minutes for "help" but ended up lifting heavy items into my vehicle...also, HORRIBLE customer service.
