Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received! I ordered new appliances on 11/29 and the site said I would be contacted in 24 hours. Nearly two weeks later, I contacted them. The delivery was supposed to be this weekend, but they never showed. After hours on the phone, and multiple redirections, I was told one of the appliances was on back ordered. Placed an order online and paid for it. Went to pick it up at the store and they would not honor the price I paid online. The staff was rude and the manager Heather was beyond disrespectful. I will never be shopping at this store or any other Lowes!

Bought a washing machine in the store on Aug 5th. was told it would be in either 7th or 9th. Call the 10th not in yet. call the 13th Nope. Call the 15th Nope, ask when it will be in they hung up on me. Call on the 20th nope...hang up... Call the 28th Nope hang up call to speak to manager transferred to voice mail. Left message.
