I contracted with Lowes for a bathroom remodel. The work was supposed to start on 21 May for a 2 week job. When the contractors arrived they told me that the job would take closer to 3 weeks. It is now 12 July and my remodel still isn't done. Much of the work that has been accomplished has been shoddy and the QA left up to us. Throughout the whole ordering, assembly and pick up process I was kept up to date. I picked up today and I had two employees help me load in the charcoal grill. When it didn’t fit (because I stupidly did not measure my car and the grill before having it assembled), the two gentlemen got screwdrivers and unscrewed the shelves so that I could take it home then and there. Lowe's doesn't give a military discount anymore unless you register it with a My Lowe's card. I will avoid Lowe's and go to Home Depot instead where they give you the same military discount without the hassle!
yesterday i bought a fire pit , 149.00 with cover it was on sale orignaly 200.00 well the cover was so thin it tore trying to pu it on, went back to store to see abouth getting a better cover , all i got was the run around, the only way i could get a nother cover was to return fire pit , all there covers are junk
