Kind of surprised the lack of Christmas lights and out door decorations...
Paid almost $400 for a hot water heater that worked for less than one day. When we tried to return it, they showed us a tag on the side of the heater that gave instructions to call the manufacturer for help. Note that there was nothing on the box prior to purchase stating that this was the procedure. They required us to call an electrician (nothing wrong) and now a plumber before they will consider giving a refund or another water heater. In the meantime no hot water for two days. The customer service is struggling. I asked 4 different employees for assistance and Noone was willing to take time to help me.
SHAME on Lowes! Put mulch on sale and have one woman working ALONE in the quick load area! REALLY?? Talk about poor planning!
